Why chronic pain is so misunderstood

Millions of people suffer while their scans are perfectly normal. They face a medical system that treats the symptom, not the system. Chronic pain is not a mechanical problem. It is a biological, psychological and social phenomenon — a dysregulation of the nervous system, amplified by stress, nutrition, sedentarity and isolation.

About Me

Why I built this method

Dear Reader

After 17 years of practice, I realised I was only doing half my job. I was seeing more and more patients in pain for months, sometimes years. Manual therapy, adapted exercises — progress was limited. Not because the technique was wrong. Because chronic pain is not just a mechanical problem.

These patients needed something more global: therapy, nutrition, movement, work on their beliefs and fears. That’s when I built the Treat. Eat. Move. Method — combining everything I know about the body, backed by science, into one coherent approach.

I have treated more than 5,000 patients in Europe and Dubai over 17 years. I hold a double master in physiotherapy and sport physiotherapy from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles, and a certified nutritionist qualifications. My goal: help you understand your pain, move again without fear, and take back control of your life.
